Minimum qualification

B.Pharm degree
Registered at SAPC

Competencies required

Good Pharmacy Practice
Fully computer literate
Good interpersonal relations
Ability to work under high pressure
Problem solving skills
Accuracy
Excellent telephone etiquette
Bilingual

Output

Capturing and checking of Scripts
Script intervention – phoning doctors
Assisting in other departments when necessary
Assisting Pharmacy Assistants & Administrative Personnel with claiming queries
